He was predeceased by: his former wife Dorothy Stebbins (Kujawa); his parents, Clair Stebbins and Edna Stebbins (Paddock); and his brothers, Dale, Lawrence, Bernard, Leland and Dwayne.
He is survived by: his children, Larry Stebbins of Buffalo, NY, Frank Stebbins of Coeur, Michael Stebbins of Milwaukee, WI, Tina Stebbins-St. Louis of Kenosha, WI and Beth Schill (Stebbins) of Henderson, NV; and his sister Donna Johnson of Wellsville, NY. He is also survived by seven grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
