He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph and Louise (Martin). He is survived by: his wife Ann (McKeefe); his children, Susan Frund (Jonathan) of Sewickley, PA, Joseph Michael Rezek (Michele) of Palmetto Bay, FL and Laura Phillips (Michael) of Pickerington, OH; his grandchildren, Kyle, Hannah, Kaitlyn, Joseph, Megan, Evan and Rosa; his brother Geoffrey Rezek (Jacqueline); his sister-in-law Ellen McKeefe; and his nephews, Christopher Rezek and Joseph Paul Rezek.
