He was predeceased by: his parents, Milton Chandler and Hollie Alvena Chandler (Story); and his sister Cynthia Sue Yarbrough Bell. He is survived by: his wife Jo Ann Chandler of Lake Placid, FL; his children, Nina Torres (Luis) of Lake Placid, FL and Willis S. Chandler, Jr. (Martha "Mardi") of Lake Placid, FL; and his brother Wallace S. Chandler of Lake Placid. He is also survived by eight Grandchildren; two Great-Grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
