It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sandra C. Otway of Lake Placid, Florida, who passed away on July 3, 2023, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, George Foultz and Iva Schaeffer Foultz; and her siblings, Cliff Foultz and Barbara Adams. She is survived by: her husband Robert W. Soper; her daughters, Cindy Soper Cox (Dennis) and Marcy Soper Hancock (Michael); her grandchildren, Kayleigh Bennett (Robert), Logan Hancock (Liz) and Rebecca Phillips; her great grandchildren, Abigail and Gunner Hancock; and her niece Vicki Clark (Bob).
