He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Mary Otway (Jordan) and William A. Otway; his wife Sandy; his stepdaughters, Cindy Cox (Dennis) and Marcy Hancock (Mike); his grandchildren, Kayleigh Bennett (Robert), Logan Hancock (Liz) and Rebecca Hancock; his great grandchildren, Abby and Gunner Hancock; and his niece Vicki Clark (Bob).
