He was predeceased by: his wife Catherine (Darfus); and his siblings, Ralph, Grace (Brown) and Ramona (Welle). He is survived by: his parents, Evadne Burns (Curtius) and Francis "Frank" Burns; his sister Dolores Lee (Burns Mergen) of Peoria; and his stepson Jerry Hunt (Rosita) of Oklahoma City. He is also survived by 3 grandchildren (Lisa, Linda and Jerry), 6 great-grandchildren, 5 great great-grandchildren and 20 nephews and nieces.
