He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Woodward Brannon and Mary Brannon (Thorne); his wife Debora LeBlanc of Lake Placid, FL; his children, Kenneth Brannon, Jr. of Bay County, FL and Kathleen Brannon of Panama City, FL; his siblings, Mary Whiddon, Jean Mendarous, Hubert Brannon and Roger Brannon; and his son Ralph Brannon. He was also cherished by two Grandchildren and many Great-Grandchildren.
