He was predeceased by: his parents, Evelyn Bokman and John Thomas Bokman; his brother Lee Bokman; and his grandparents, Rhoda and Guy Simmons.
He is survived by: his wife Esther Bokman; his daughter Linda Henley (Warren); and his sister Rhoda Moore (Bill). He is also survived by extended family and many friends.
