He was predeceased by: his parents, James W. Monroe and Katherine Monroe (Yanisades); and his stepson Mike Depasquale. He is survived by: his wife Rita; his stepdaughter Eva Rulapaugh; and his sister Andrea Sullivan of Port Charlotte, FL.. He is also survived by 4 grandchildren.
