He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Green and Elise Sexton; and his siblings, Robert Green, Bernard Green and Karen Black.
He is survived by: his wife Katrina Reynolds-Hazel; his children, Kristi Russell (Ted), Jodi Karaba (Josh), Chad Hazel (Angie), Lori Allerding (Greg) and Susan Sexton; his grandchildren, Taylor Hayes (Nate), Erica Karaba, Matilyn Russell, Lance Russell, Autumn Hazel, Austin Hazel, Desteny Hall and Xander Allerding; and his great grandchildren, Blair, Beau Hayes and Xenova Hall. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
