It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Donna Rice (Lake Placid, Florida), born in Norfolk, Virginia, who passed away on March 17, 2020, at the age of 57, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her significant other Robert; her children, Crystal and David; her grandchildren, Amani, Peyton and Chloe; and her sister Lorraine Hutchins.
