With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Curt Leslie Gallatin of Lake Placid, Florida, born in Warren, Ohio, who passed away on October 16, 2021 at the age of 66. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Twila Jeanne (Taylor) and Roy Raymond Gallatin. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Contreras; his sons, Kirt (Maria Antonia), Sean (Stephanie) and Casey (Kara); his grandchildren, Roy, Knox and Gianna; and his siblings, Christie Russell, Randy, Cliff and Corey Gallatin. He is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces, and nephews.

I have many good memories of Curt and the family. Once when I went to pick up my son, everyone was getting ready for a special dinner. When I asked what the occasion was, Patricia said it was Curt’s birthday month. I said month? And Patricia said one day wasn’t enough to celebrate Curt, we both laughed. I still smile at that.”
