She was predeceased by: her parents, Homer Lee and Lela Johnson (Fountain); her husband Grady William Proctor; and her siblings, Lee T. Johnson, Raydene Johnson and Bertha Hinson.
She is survived by: her children, William "Randy" Proctor (Deborah) of Ft. Myers, FL and Sylvia Proctor of Lake Placid, FL; her sister Patsy Strickland (David) of Arcadia, FL; her grandsons, William Randall Proctor, Jr. (Melissa) and Adam Reed Proctor (Kristina); her great grandchild Trey Proctor; and her grandchildren, Lane Proctor, Scarlett Proctor, Jude Proctor and Kaitlyn Proctor.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, April 16th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Placid Temple Church of God (51 Lake June Rd, Lake Placid, FL 33852). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, April 16th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Wednesday, April 16th 2025 at the Oak Hill Cemetery (90 St John St, Lake Placid, FL 33852).
