She was predeceased by: her parents, Morris Grigsby and Jennie Grigsby; her husband Grady Billingsley; and her siblings, Aldon Grigsby, Nellie Lovelace, Harry Grigsby, Lewis Grigsby, Effie Fowler, Marshall James Grigsby, Raymond Grigsby and Edward Grigsby.
She is survived by: her children, Donna Philippi (Victor) of Tupper Lake and Michael Billingsley (Colleen) of Lake Placid; and her grandchildren, Victor Philippi of Perrysburg, Justin Philippi (Valerie) of East Longmeadow, Lorelei, Nadia and Eliza.
