He was predeceased by: his parents, Evelyn Ragland (Skeels) and John Ragland; and his stepson Marc. He is survived by: his wife Arlene; his children, Laurie, Lisa, Leslie and Scott Foster; and his stepchildren, Michael, Michelle and Maryanne. He is also survived by eight grandchildren, eight step grandchildren and four step great-grandchildren.
