“Dorothy became part of our family many years ago. When she moved to Florida, she took part of our hearts with her. She worked with us at DHS in Grand Rapids in foster care. She was the best. She really cared about each child she placed with us. I feel like a long lost aunt passed away Dorothy, my mom, and I did ceramics together. I still have the last piece she painted because she left before it was finished. May this beautiful lady rest in peace.”
