He is survived by: his parents, Charles Smith and Priscilla Smith (Rivera); his wife Damian Smith; his children, Justin J., Sean A., Tyler L., Shya O. and Sophia A. Smith; and his siblings, Derek Smith (Joanne), Rodney Smith (Kundora) and Monique A. Smith.
