He is survived by: his wife Betsy; his children, Chad Forbes (Jennifer), Chelsea Pullin (Zachary Petricola), Bryce Forbes and Trevor Pullin; his siblings, Judith Benz, Ted Forbes (Eileen) and Connie Horner (Ed); his parents-in-law, Nancy and Joseph Lindenmuth; and his brother-in-law Stephen Lindenmuth. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
