He was predeceased by: his parents, Lena Bell and George Williams; his siblings, Flonnie, Louella, Leo and Perry; and his wife Millie.

He is survived by: his sons, Ronald James "Dusty" Williams (Tina) and Ricky Joe Williams (Vonne) of Camarillo, CA. He is also survived by eight grandchildren, twelve great grandchildren, and three great-great grandchildren.
