He is survived by: his wife Anise McDonald; his brother-in-law Haskell Tackett; and his cousins, Jean Barker, Shirley Scott, Terri Herdon, Ronie Herndon and Ricky Parker. He is also survived by other extended family and cousins.

There are no formal services planned at this time; however, the family and friends encourages cards and donations to be made for his final expenses.
