He is survived by: his wife Katalin Máthé Ross; his children, Renee Ilhardt (Kyle), Octavia Figueiras (Eric) and Timm Ross (Melissa); his grandchildren, Gabriella, Kylie, Karson, Klayton, Olivia, William and Wesley; and his brother Roger Ross.
He was an active member in the community by volunteering his time with the Southwest Miami High reunion committee and Pig Bowl police charity football planning committee.
