He was predeceased by: his brother Harry Heaton. He is survived by: his wife Carol Middlebrooks Miller; his children, Wil Miller of Lake City, FL and Jennifer Stringer (Dennis) of Orlando, FL; and his grandsons, Fletcher and Ben. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, family and many friends.
