He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Ratliff and Elizabeth Ratliff (Belcher); his siblings, Bertha, Ernest, Lorraine, Thurmon, Donald and Cletus; and his adoptive daughter Tina Ratliff.
He is survived by: his wife Barbara Ratliff (Trull) of Lake City, FL; his close friend Jordan B. Feliz; his children, Karen Ratliff of Knoxville, TN and James Ratliff of Tampa; and his stepchildren, Greg Horton (Tammy) of Lake City, FL, Jerri Stanley (Ronnie) and Chad King of Dothan, AL.. He is also survived by many close friends and chosen family members.
