He was predeceased by: his daughter Rachelle Knowles; and his granddaughter Kayla Knowles. He is survived by: his children, Lisa Knowles, Letreze Corrales and Richard Anthony Knowles; his grandchildren, Amber Knowles, Christian Corrales and Mason Blalock; his great grandchildren, Michael Holmes, Gavin Holmes, Bailey Corrales, Nikki Corrales and Erin Knowles; and his brother Donald Knowles.
