He is survived by: his wife Carol Slocum of Lake City, Florida; his sons, Nathan Slocum (Christy) of Cumming and Jeremiah Slocum (Cassandra) of Sun Prairie, Wisconsin; his grandchildren, Ethan Slocum, Ryan Slocum and Cameron Slocum; and his sister Brenda D'Augustine (Robert) of Bluffton.
