She was predeceased by: her parents, Jesse James Koon and Thenie Collins Koon. She is survived by: her children, Teresa Durden Oplinger of Lake City, Florida and Edwin Paul Durden of Lake City, Florida. She is also survived by Three grandchildren, six great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren.
A funeral service was held on Monday, March 10th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Elim Baptist Church Cemetery.
