She was predeceased by: her parents, James Gordon Sammons and Lona Perry Sammons; her husband Fred Perry; her son Gordon Perry; and her great grandchildren, Alder Garuz and Ty Williams.
She is survived by: her children, Sandra Williams (Donny), Terry Perry, Amy Illing (Lance), Frederick Perry (Jennifer), Gus Perry (Cindy), Jonathan Perry (Danielle) and Michael Perry (Lynda). She is also survived by Nineteen grandchildren, twenty-nine great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations please be considered to the St. Jude's Children's Hospital.
