She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Lit, Edith Cole, Clifford and Nellie Phillips; her father Jerry Phillips; her brother Cliff Phillips; her uncle Johnny Cole; her in-laws, Richard John and Patricia Mae Lavery III; and her brothers-in-law, Bill Lavery and Tim Lavery.
She is survived by: her mother Marydell Phillips; her husband Stephen Lavery; her sons, Matthew Lavery and Aaron Lavery; her brother Andy Phillips (Jennifer); her nephews, Georgie Miller and Chance Phillips; her niece Cheyanne Phillips; her aunt Emily Cole; her siblings-in-law, Rick Lavery (Sherri), Chris Lavery, Eleanor Lavery and Theresa Lavery; and her cousin Sherril Jones. She is also survived by family, and numerous friends.
