She was predeceased by: her father Kenneth E. Witt. She is survived by: her husband Wayne Norris; her mother Louise Markham Witt; her son Jeffrey Norris (Heidi); and her siblings, Larry Witt (Claudia), Gary Witt (Tracy) and Valerie Ryals (Rocky) of Lake City. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews, extended family and friends.
