With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Linda Carol Greene of Lake City, Florida, who passed away on January 3, 2024 at the age of 79. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, David Hurst and Pearlie Crews Hurst; her husband Roy A. Greene; and her siblings, Paul Hurst, Howard Hurst, Gladys Markham, Thelma Cox and Shirley Espenship.
She is survived by: her daughter Jennifer Williams of Tallahassee, FL; her granddaughter Avery Williams of Tallahassee, FL; and her sisters, Mildred King, Betty French of Lake City, FL and Nancy Baskette of Benton, TN. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and other family members.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made in Mrs. Greene's name to either the American Cancer Society or St. Jude Hospital for Children.
