He is survived by: his parents, Richard D. Holloway (Kim) and Brenda Gaye Wood (John); his wife Samantha "Sam" Holloway; his children, Dallas Webb and Jennifer Holloway; and his siblings, Adam Holloway (Ashley), Tyler Flanagan, Kaelin Holloway and Hailey Giamarino.
