It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joel Benjamin Foster (Lake City, Florida), who passed away on July 29, 2021, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Foster and Philina Tate Foster; his wife Mary Foster; and his siblings, Joella Newton, Berthina Jackson and Ruth McGriff.
He is survived by: his son Wayne Benjamin Streeter (Christine). He is also survived by grandchildren; (5) great-grandchildren; (1) great-grandchild; a host of nephews, nieces, cousins and other friends.
