He was predeceased by: his parents, John Clayton Boutwell (JC) and Nell Galbraith Boutwell; his sister Sue Stavley Wallace; his sister-in-law Mary Ann Mangrum; and his grandson Brad Jordan Hunter.
He is survived by: his wife Clarice Boutwell; his daughters, Cheri Lucas, Tammy Hall (Sam) and Paige Sessions (Barry); his grandchildren, Brian Lucas, Kevin Lucas, Aaron Hall (Danyel), Eric Hall (Wendy), Dylan Sessions (Katie) and Darby Sessions; and his brother-in-law Clarence Prine (Anna) of Murfreesboro, TN.. He is also survived by eight great-grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Saturday, March 15th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Gateway-Forest Lawn Funeral Home (3596 US-441, Lake City, FL 32025). A funeral service was held on Saturday, March 15th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Gateway - Forest Lawn Memorial Chapel, Lake City (3596 US-441, Lake City, FL 32025). A burial was held on Saturday, March 15th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens Cemetery (3596 US-441, Lake City, FL 32025).
