He was predeceased by: his parents, Gulmer S. Johnson and Gladys Laughter Baker; and his brother Phillip "Phil" Johnson. He is survived by: his wife Annette Rowe Johnson of Lake City; his children, Barberella DeBello (John) of New York and Jerry G. Johnson, Jr. (Barbara) of Cocoa, Florida; his stepdaughters, Diane Dinkins (Todd) of Mulberry and Zorena Rowe Krolikowski (Alex) of Lake City, Florida; and his sister-in-law Barbara Johnson of Jacksonville. He is also survived by four grandchildren and numerous step-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, December 28th 2024 at 10:30 AM at the Salem Primitive Baptist Church Cemetery (199 NW Salem Church Ct, Lake City, FL 32055). A graveside service will be held on Saturday, December 28th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
