It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Cecil Rine Jr. of Lake City, Florida, who passed away on October 5, 2023, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, James Cecil Rine, Sr. and Clarice Ethel Burkhart Rine. He is survived by: his children, Mark Lorin Rine (Colleen) of Topeka, KS, Marvin Neal Rine (Joelie Minchin) of Lake City and Martha Lorine Rine of Lake City; his sister Faye Howe of West Virginia; his granddaughters, Melanie Roberts (Shaun) of Topeka, KS and Sara Elizabeth Clark of Lake City; and his great grandchildren, Olivia Clark, Kai Clark, Addyson Roberts, Avery Roberts and Porter Roberts.
