He is survived by: his daughters, Carrie Lastinger (Bryan) of Lake City, FL, Theresa Westberry (Robbie) of Valdosta, GA, Melinda Ortiz (Hector) of Hahira, GA and Melissa Bell of Hahira, GA.; his grandchildren, Leona Edmonds, Hannah Edmonds, Abigail Brooks, Maci Westberry, Anneliyse Ortiz, Jillian Ortiz, Brianna Bell, Nathan Walmsley, Michael Edmonds, Tristan Ortiz and Keelan Bell; his sister Cindy Clayton (Buddy) of Lake City, FL; his nephew Kyle Jones (Della); and his niece Crista Lastinger.
