He is survived by: his sister Nancy Johnston Crews (Frankie) of Lake City; his children, James H Johnston III (Janet) of Lake City and DaLee Johnston Kicker (Lee) of Kingwood, TX; and his caregiver Donna Duncan. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren.
