He was predeceased by: his parents, Guy Brillhart and Minnie Brillhart; his wife Joylee Brillhart; and his siblings, Klines, Esther and Iola.

He is survived by: his sisters, Carol and Joyce; and his children, Rebecca Robinson Carroll (J. D.), Rachel Daniels (Bobby), Ronnie Brillhart, Rose Meadows (Mark) and Ruth Dawson. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren, 21 great grandchildren, and 16 great great grandchildren.
