She was predeceased by: her parents, Leonard Smith and Anna Angel Smith; her sister Dorothy Eleanor Simpson; her brother-in-law Donald Simpson, Sr.; and her nephews, Donald Simpson, Jr. and David Simpson.
She is survived by: her husband Henry E. Cantrell; her children, Daniel Joseph Cantrell (Michelle), Deborah Ruth Wass (Curt) of Wayne, MI, David Henry Cantrell and Dawn Ann Slocum (Tom) of Edwardsberg, MI; her grandchildren, Shirley, Stephanie, Daniel Jr., Sidney, Eric, Danielle and Samantha; and her nephew Dale Simpson of Suwannee County, FL.. She is also survived by eight great-grandchildren.
