Gertrude Marie Goss Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Gertrude Marie Goss of Lake City, Florida, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on November 15, 2024 at the age of 91. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Arthur Harold Goss; her son Donald A. Goss; and her brother Otis Powell. She is survived by: her daughter Barbara Southwell (Ronnie); her grandsons, Shawn Southwell (Amy), Kevin Southwell (Donielle) and Daryl Goss (Emily); her niece Susan Hitt; and her great grandchildren, Clayton, Sydney, Hunter, Saylor and Deacon.
A graveside service was held on Monday, November 18th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Mount Carmel Baptist Church Cemetery (1205 SW Mount Carmel Ave, Lake City, FL 32024).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Lake City Humane Society, 1392 NW Shelter Gln, Lake City, FL 32055, in memory of Mrs. Goss.
