We are sad to announce that on July 21, 2023, at the age of 86, Emory M Phillips of Lake City, Florida, born in Jacksonville, Florida passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Herman Phillips and Dorothy Sheppard Phillips; his son Mark A. Phillips; and his sisters, Mary Beth Phillips Marlowe and Patricia Williams (Pat).
He is survived by: his daughter Terri Phillips Cason (Barbara Phillips); and his grandchildren, Taylor Hires (Jared), Jacob Gardner (Kristen), Matthew Turner (Cecile) and Samantha Lawrence (Austin). He is also survived by six great-grandchildren as well as nieces and great nieces and nephews.
