She was predeceased by: her parents, Burton "Burt" Bryant and Mabel Coates Bryant; her brother Clark Bryant; and her siblings-in-law, JoAnn Bryant and Bud Brady.
She is survived by: her husband Gene L. Knight of Lake City, FL; her sons, Caleb Knight (Brittany) of Fort White, FL and Cory Knight of Lake City, FL; her siblings, Mark Bryant of Lake City, FL, Carolyn Brady of Lake City, FL and Jewel Ferguson (Larry) of Tallahassee, FL; her sister-in-law Ida Mae Bryant of Lake City, FL; her great-uncle Larry; her great-aunt Barbara Coates of Lake City, FL; and her grandchildren, Jada, Landon, Cayden, Kyla, Brycen, Easton, Madison and Morgan. She is also survived by numerous extended family and friends.
In Lieu of flowers, the family has requested that donations be made in Doris's honor to the Mayo Clinic Brain Bank Department 4500 San Pablo Road.
