She is survived by: her close friend Donald Hollingsworth II; her parents, Carrie Jean West and Randall William West; her grandfather John William West; her stepchildren, Matthew, Donald Hollingsworth, III, Hailey, Caitlin and Amanda Hollingsworth; and her siblings, Steven Thacker (Julie), Bradley Dalton West and Trina Gayle Abel (Kevin). She is also survived by 3 Aunts, 5 Uncles, and many loving friends.
Visitation was held on Sunday, April 27th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Gateway-Forest Lawn Funeral Home (3596 US-441, Lake City, FL 32025). A celebration of life was held on Monday, April 28th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Gateway - Forest Lawn Memorial Chapel. A burial was held on Monday, April 28th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens Cemetery (3596 US-441, Lake City, FL 32025).
