In loving memory of Charles Geary Tannachion of Lake City, Florida, who departed this world on April 11, 2025 at the age of 38. Charles leaves behind a legacy remembered by family and friends. He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Tony, Jean Tannachion of Lake City, Robert, Jeanne Thompson of Inverness and James L. Geary, Jr. of Hialeah; and his aunt Johanna Nelson of Lake City.
He is survived by: his parents, Charles Tannachion and Judi Tannachion; his siblings, James Tannachion (Ashley) and Kari Merola (Pete) of Lake City; his aunt Tonia Edenfield; his godmother Jeanne Coleman (Joyce Sarno); his cousins, Sheryl Strom, Stephen Nelson, Julianna Weaver, Jocelyn Torres and Mikala Edenfield; and his brothers, Jarrod Harris, Tito Brown and Najee Cray.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, April 22nd 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Gateway-Forest Lawn Funeral Home (3596 US-441, Lake City, FL 32025). A funeral Mass will be held on Wednesday, April 23rd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Epiphany Catholic Church Sw Malone (SW Malone St, Lake City, FL 32025).
