He is survived by: his wife Donna Starling of Lake City, FL; his children, Pam Starling of Jacksonville, FL, Charles Starling, Jr. of Jacksonville, FL and James Starling of Texas; his stepchildren, Lena Gonzalez of Lake City, FL, James Steven Taylor (Michele) of Macclenny, FL and Krystal Cannon (Phillip) of St. Petersburg, FL; his grandchildren, Brandy, Amanda, Austin, Abraham, Blake, Christy, Tucker, Stevie Lee, Jesse, Michael, Dion, Jennifer and Jessica; and his great grandchildren, Josie, Walker, Maverick, Georgia Rae, Chet and Colt. He is also survived by several extended family members and friends.
A celebration of life will be held on Tuesday, March 11th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the V. Todd Ferreira Funeral Services Chapel (250 N Lowder St, Macclenny, FL 32063).
