She was predeceased by: her parents, Maurice B. Pattee and Marjorie Cruthers. She is survived by: her husband Willard Dale Kelley of Lake City; her children, David Kelley of California and Stephanie Kelley of Lake City; and her brother Don Pattee (Theresa) of St. Augustine.
