He was predeceased by: his parents, Rex Cannon and Hazel Newcomb Cannon; and his brothers, Rex Cannon, Jr., Steve Ash and Clint Cannon.
He is survived by: his daughters, Brittany Cannon Fortner (Jerry) of Live Oak and Jessica Cannon Selbe (Ben) of Warner Robbins, GA; and his sister Paula Ash.
