Stevens, Jr. (Carol) of Lake City, Don Stevens (Wendy) of Lake City, Patti Bielling (Reggie) of Lake City and Lisa Brinkley (Darryl) of Lake City; and his grandchildren, Grace, Layne, Allie Foote of Lake City, Greyson and Emersyn Stevens of Lake City.
