She was predeceased by: her parents, George William Miller, Jr. and Martha Ingram Miller; her husband Tony Martin Kurtz, Sr.; and her brother George William Miller, III. She is survived by: her children, Kristine Kurtz Smith and Tony Martin Kurtz, Jr. (Tracy); her sisters, Nancy Pierce of Jacksonville, Bonnie Graupp of Jacksonville and Martha Trice (Robbie) of Jacksonville; her siblings-in-law, Mark Kurtz (Leslie) of Wilmore, KY and Teri Carmody (Ed); and her grandchildren, Jonathan "Dusty" Smith (Brooke), Heather Lousignont (Russ), Victoria Cohen (Ryan), Olivia Kurtz of Cape Girardeau, MO, Caroline Jones (Phil) of Lafayette, IN, Samuel Kurtz and Alayna Kurtz. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
