He is survived by: his mother Janice Ambrosine of Lake City; his sister Michelle Gbur; his nephew Justin; his brother Mike; his nephew Michael of Pittsburgh; his aunt Joyce; and his cousins, Kimberly and Stacey. He is also survived by his mother's sister.
